A rating of a company which is less than 3 years old and/or is a start-up that has not reached a self-financing capacity.
MayaKare Start–up is a label for medical technology (Medical Device) manufacturers whose business is less than 3 years old and/or is a start-up in development that has not reached a self-financing capacity. It means that the organization meets the healthcare market access requirements and in particular that it has identified and anticipated the major bottlenecks for accessing the medical sector market.
MayaKare CapDev Label
A rating of a company which is over 3 years old and in the development phase.
MayaKare Capdev is a label for companies that manufacture medical technologies which are over 3 years old, in the development phase , and have a T/O of more than 15 M€. It ensures that the organization and its economic model meet investors’ requirements from the medical perspective and allows them to stand out from the competition.
MayaKare Expand Label
A rating of a company - with self-financing capabilities - Intermediate-sized companies (ETI) which are in the expansion phase.
MayaKare Expand is a label for medical technology manufacturers with self-financing capabilities, intermediate-sized companies (ETI) which are in the expansion phase. It ensures that the organization and its economic model meet investors’ requirements from the medical, strategic, organizational, economic and financial perspectives which are addressed when investment applications are examined (due diligence).

A rating of a company which is less than 3 years old and/or is a start-up that has not reached a self-financing capacity.
The MayaKare Label means that the organization meets the healthcare market access requirements and in particular that it has identified and anticipated the major bottlenecks for accessing the medical sector market.
The following are measured in order to objectify the promising nature of the company:
- its ability to gain access to its market,
- its ability to anticipate the various stages of the life cycle of its medical device, from its access to its maintenance on the market.
With a rating model dedicated to the medical sector and a general audit of the company's strategy, all the success factors for accessing the healthcare market of a medical technology manufacturer are measured according to 8 measurement categories and 70 Mayakare rating criteria.

This Label, which is granted for 1 year (with an annual review) to the beneficiary who has obtained an outstanding rating [MK70-80], is accompanied by a 3-month follow-up and a review on the label's anniversary date.

A rating of a company which is over 3 years old and in the development phase.
The MayaKare Label ensures that the organization and its economic model meet investors’ requirements from the medical perspective and allows them to stand out from the competition.
The purpose of this label is to bring an immediate recognition to small and medium-sized companies that manufacture medical devices, which are sustainable and demonstrate a good operational capacity to respond to the medical industry's expectations, requirements and constraints. It is useful before committing to an investment or during a fundraising campaign (due diligence) of at least 3 million euros, 4 million CAD, or 3 million USD.
With a rating model dedicated to the medical sector and a general audit of the company's strategy, according to 18 measurement categories and 400 Mayakare rating criteria.
It involves objectifying the medical excellence, organizational and strategic characteristics (of the manufacturer and their medical device). The degree of anticipation on the objections of the main actors located in the major decision-making nodes which play a part in the complex process of influencing market access are measured.

A rating of a company - with self-financing capabilities - Intermediate-sized companies (ETI) which are in the expansion phase.
The MayaKare Label ensures that the organization and its economic model meet investors’ requirements from the medical, strategic, organizational, economic and financial perspectives which are addressed when investment applications are examined (due diligence).
It demonstrates a good operational capacity for expansion and does this before committing to an investment of at least 15 million € or USD or 21 million CAD.
With a rating model dedicated to the medical sector and a general audit of the company's strategy which is a measure of the expectancy of an organization's growth, according to 24 measurement categories and 460 Mayakare rating criteria.
The purpose of this label is to bring an immediate recognition to intermediate-sized companies which manufacture medical devices and are able to extend their business to several economic zones.
This label is granted for 2 years (with a biannual review) to the beneficiary who has obtained an outstanding rating [MK80] and is accompanied by a 3-month follow-up and a review on the label's anniversary date.
